ALWAYS ASK US, IF THE SHIPPING SEEMS HIGH! Computers don't do a very good job of calculating shipping charges on combined items. Nor can it determine if shipping more economical in a flat rate box. Trying to combine weight and dimensions of multiple items sometimes results in overcharges. We can always review your potential order to see what shipping will be. We are more than willing to adjust if we can do better!

I sympathize as I am a terrible last minute shopper? We strive to ship all orders as quickly as possible. All items are custom made-to-order and most shipped within 3-8 working days, but some items may take longer to complete. If you have specific deadline by which you need to receive your order, please contact me to ensure I can meet your expectations.

Most listings will tell you if you can customize an item. And you can enter that info checkout screen there is an area labeled NOTES TO REDTAILCRAFTERS. This is where you should enter the customization / personalization details and any special instructions you have for the order. If you want something personalized, and you do not see that in the listing then please message me. Together we can try to work out a solution.

Yes you can. Many of our items have the option to choice the quantity in the drop down choices, and the larger the quantity the less per item. Other items qualify for a quantity discount code, which is noted in the listing. And if you need a custom quote on a larger quantity, simply message me with your request.

We can add a gift message to any and all items. You simply need to include the message in the order notes. Gift wrapping is not as easy as some items items are too large to properly wrap. However, you can always ask and I can let you know what I can and cannot do.

That's OK. Sometimes it is hard to envision what the monogram style will look like with your letters/text. Simply place your order for one of the styles you like and include a note with 2 or 3 other styles that interest you. Once I receive your order, I will mock-up your selected styles with your letter(s), so you can view them and make a final decision.
